Description
The Department of Energy (DOE) is releasing the Draft Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation No. 89303323REM000116, pertaining to the West Valley Demonstration Project (WVDP) Phase 1B procurement, for review. The purpose of the Draft RFP is to solicit questions and comments from all interested parties, and to assist DOE in developing a Final RFP for this procurement.
DOE hereby invites all interested parties to thoroughly examine the Draft RFP and the accompanying procurement website (https://www.emcbc.doe.gov/SEB/wvdpphase1b/) in their entirety, and to submit comments in writing to the following email address: wvdpphase1b@emcbc.doe.gov. During the development of the Final RFP, DOE will consider the comments received from interested parties in response to the Draft RFP. The Draft RFP may also be viewed in FedConnect through the link below.
Interested parties will have until October 2, 2023, to submit written comments regarding the Draft RFP.
