Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic intends to award a four-year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for the refurbishment and incidental services for eight variants of refurbished Antenna Tilt Group (ATG), under the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (formerly 2304(c)(1)), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The scope of the contract is anticipated to include approximately 130 refurbishment/repair of different variants located on active-duty Navy vessels.

Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist Suzanne Kennedy at p.s.kennedy.civ@us.navy.mil and Contracting Officer Penny Leya at martha.p.leya.civ@us.navy.mil. No later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 28 October 2024. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the NAVWAR e-Commerce Central website; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that their company can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 2 November 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
