Description

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Building Maintenance Services at the US Consulate Fukuoka, Japan as per the attached solicitation documents.

The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line

"Proposal 19GE5023R0017” on or before March 3, 2023, 15:00 German Time, to

PetersenTA@state.gov.

No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above.

Please note:

  1. All communication and the award documents shall be in English.

  1. Please do NOT contact the US Consulate General Osaka directly regarding this project.

  1. Attachment J.2.1 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit.  You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date.

  1. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section L of the solicitation.

  1. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)).

  1. Section K of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit.

  1. Attachments J.3.5 (Key Personnel) and J.3.6 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) – please use these formats to submit the requested information.

A site visit will be held February 15, 2023 at 14:00 hours local time at the following location: US Consulate Fukuoka, Japan

                

Offerors planning to attend the site visit must submit the Name, Phone number, Organization/Company, Citizenship, and Passport number and nationality, of their company’s representatives to the attention of Mr. Eduard A. Benitez, e-mail: BenitezEA@state.gov no later than February 13, 2023. 

This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the site. No substitutes or additional persons may attend the site visit. Attendees are requested to carry copy of the solicitation document and their Photo ID along with them.  Without Photo ID no person will be allowed to attend the site visit.  Attendance is limited to 3 persons per company. No electronics devises e.g. cell phones; laptops, tablet etc. are permitted on the Consulate Compound. Contractors shall not bring any electronic devises to the site visit.

Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Mr. Thomas A. Petersen via e-mail PetersenTA@state.gov no later than February 22, 2023 14:00 German Time. Questions will be collected, and in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously in form of a solicitation amendment.
