The US Army Corps of Engineers Little Rock District has a requirement for the Real Estate Division - Armed Forces Recruiting Offices Janitorial (AFRO) Services facilities. The services consist of ten (10) offices to include branches of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Air National Guards all located in counties within the state of Arkansas to include Batesville, El Dorado, Fayettville, Harrison, Jonesboro, Little Rock, and Searcy AR. The intent of this contract will be to provide janitorial services at all locations in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), attachments and Bid Schedule for a term of one 12-month Base and four 12-month Option Periods.
