Training Certification Cards IAW SOW, CDRL and Drawings 8477552 Rev B

The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13 as a written. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-23-Q-0194 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.

AMENDMENT 0001:

THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 01 IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. REMOVE "ETA SAE EXAM" REQUIREMENT FROM CLINs 0001 - 0003.
2. EXTENDING CLOSING DATE TO MONDAY JULY 17, 2023 AT 4:00 PM EST
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.

AMENDMENT 0002:

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. Add CDRL A002 Saf ety Assessment Report - Hazard Assessment Report
2. Update Statement of Work to add CDRL A002
3. Add CLIN 0006 as OPTION #1 for additional CONUS training locations
4. Add Option Clauses 52.217-8 and 52-217-9
5. Extend Closing Date to Monday July 31, 2023 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
6. Add NAVSEA Draw ing 8477552 REV C to replace 8477552 REV B. CLIN references update w ith new revisions
7. Added clauses 52.222-49, 52.204-27, and provision 52.217-5
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
