Description
TRFO CANM RESTROOM REMODEL 2024
Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for Colorado TRFO CANM Restroom Remodel 2024
Contractor will be required to furnish remodeling public and employee restrooms. Finish work shall be complete and functional restrooms.
A pre-bid site tour will be provided on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 11am local time.
Project Location: Canyons Of The Ancients Visitor Center & Museum, 27501 CO-184
Dolores, CO 81323
The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 236220, (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), size standard is $45 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately June 26, 2024. Please visit https://sam.gov for updates.
