This agreement shall include all parts, labor, and travel. Contractor shall be an authorized service provider for Schneider Electric, Andover Direct Digital Control System equipment. The contractor shall also provide on-site service support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week within three (3) hours of initial call from the customer. - U & S Service, INC. is the only known authorized provider in the Buffalo/Batavia, NY area for service agreements on Schneider Electric, Andover Direct Digital Control System equipment. - THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. If no responses are received, the government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by September 30th, 2022 at 12:00 ET. Responses shall be submitted via email to Nathan.northrup@va.gov.
