Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) Milwaukee, WI is soliciting businesses for services to design, install, configure and provide annual support for Physical Access Control System (PACS) at Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the procurement, installation and annual support for PACS at the FHCC as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Contractor will provide all required PACS system components, licenses, system design, installation, configuration, acceptance testing of each credential reader of the PACS to ensure conformance with all parameters in the current version of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP800-116 applied to access Control points entering "Controlled", "Limited" and "Exclusion" areas. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period and four (4) Option Years. The system installation shall be completed in phases with all work completed no later than 210 days after award with annual support during the base and option years. Option years are for maintenance purposes only.
