W9128F23R0055 – Oahe Transformer Oil Sample Analysis
Project Description:
The Oahe Project requires a Contractor to perform oil testing and analysis services as
described further in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All testing shall be accomplished in accordance with the standards established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). The required services are a key component of Oahe’s Asset Management Program. Performing oil tests helps determine the reliability, health, and lifecycle of Oahe’s critical assets.

Base year 1-year, With 4 one-year optional periods (With inactive periods)

The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 541380 – Test Laboratories and Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $19M.
