No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.  The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.  In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

All quotes must be valid for 90 Calendar Days.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation Number FA441723QC975 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote.

This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08, Effective: 28 October 2022; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, Effective 28 October 2022; and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation, Effective 1 July 2022.

Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.  Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document and returning one (1) copy to the POC’s email.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339999, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 7105. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 500 employees. This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR 8.004(b) Commercial sources in the open market, FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. 

This Request for Quote is set-aside 100% for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Concerns. The Government is requesting quotations from WOSB only.

Solicitation is issued as Brand Name or Equal to Ethan Allan/Thomasville quality to satisfy the Government’s needs. FAR provision 52.211-6 Brand Name or equal is incorporated into this solicitation.

CLIN price(s) shall include all delivery costs to: Hurlburt Field, FL 32544

*Offeror must have active SAM registration at time of quote.

*Offeror shall quote on CLIN 0001 - 0005, in order to be considered for award.

*Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination.

*The Government Reserves the right to award all CLINs or individual CLINs.

*Delivery – Not later than 90 Days After Receipt of Order.

*Offerors quotes shall clearly identify products that are submitted as “equal items”.

*Product information (i.e. literature, manufactures websites, etc...), shall be submitted for all equivalent items.
