Description

The purpose of this Amendment No. 0001 (Amendment) of SIR No. 693KA9-24-R-00005 (SIR) is to update the NAICS identified from 541330 to 541330 (Exception) Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons. As a result of this change, the small business size standard for this procurement is also hereby updated from $25.5 to $47M. See the revised Attachment 1_ ATEPS II SIR Sections A_M Amendment 0001.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) hereby announces a follow-on procurement to the Air Traffic Engineering and Program Support Contracts (ATEPS I), herein referred to as (ATEPS II). The ATEPS II will provide support to program management, system engineering and development, and implementation efforts for ATO’s NextGen programs and systems aimed at enhancing the safety, efficiency, and capacity of the National Airspace System.

The purpose of this posting is to inform industry of the contract opportunity and request a response to the ATEPS II SIR. Interested vendors and all future communications regarding this SIR will be solely through the dedicated FAA email:  9-AFN-ACQ-ATEPSII@faa.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Further instructions are provided within Section L of the SIR.

Proprietary information will be protected, if appropriately marked. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this SIR. Any proposal costs associated with this SIR are solely the Offeror’s expense.
