Statement of Objectives (SOO) has been updated to specify electrical work for this requirement. Please refer to the attached Word Document titled " Statement of Objectives (SOO) Two-Post Bay Lift - Updated ".

Questions have been received and have been answered in the attached  Word document titled "Questions and Answers".

Please submit quote for individual line items. This solicitation is for all or none. 

All quotes shall be FOB destination with a lead time of 75 Days After Date of Contract (ADC). Include any discounts that may apply.

The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable

WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN RESPONSE TO THE RFQ.

This solicitation will incorporate a site visit to allow any interested vendors the ability to see the building layout. The site visit will be on Tuesday, 11 July 2023 at 2:30PM  Alaska Standard Time (AKST). All vendors will meet at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Boniface Visitor Center. If you are going to attend the site visit, please fill out the information on the site visit document attached. Every single contractor who wishes to attend the site visit must provide their information. Please return the attached Base Access Info document no later than Thursday, 6 July by 4:00 PM AKST. All questions regarding this solicitation and/or site visit must be sent no later than Thursday, 13 July by 4:00 PM AKST. Answers will be added to the solicitation via amendment no later than Monday, 17 July by 4:00 PM AKST. All finalized quotes shall be submitted no later than Thursday, 20 July by 4:00 PM AKST.
