Description
The Government is seeking industry feedback, recommendations, and best practices during the market intelligence phase of this effort. Please DO NOT provide generic capability statements; they will be deleted. The Government is seeking well defined responses with supporting documentation to assist with developing the acquisition strategy. All responses must be submitted via email to the contacts identified below. This is for informational purposes only and the Government will not be obligated to award to any interested vendors that present information in response to this RFI/ Sources Sought. The Government plans to issue an RFQ no later than 30 November 2023 for this requirement.
This requirement is for managed transponded bandwidth capacity leveraging Ku, Ka, X, C, L-band, and UHF bands, and access methods to lease or purchase options for multi-vendor. At a minimum managed services solutions to achieve coverage in the EUCOM Region in multi-orbit and multi-band include high capacity services and mobile spread spectrum services, vendor hosted services at commercial earth stations, Worldwide Internet Protocol (IP) backhaul from commercial gateways to Government Entry Points (GEP) and to the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN), to include Program Management support, bandwidth management and analysis tools, terminal lease and purchase options, and access to provided COMSATCOM network monitoring tools via non-secure and secure networks.
In addition to providing a tailored capability statement indication the ability to provide the services outlined in the attached PWS, interested vendors are asked to submit all requested information outlined in the RFI attachment.

Update
Please note: DRS currently provides services on the AISR BPA Call order, however, EUCOM will be a new requirement. Please see updated RFI letter reflecting this change. Additionally, the RFI deadline is extended to 13 September 2023 @ 1300 EST.
