Description
DLA J62E requires additional EBS production support services to address the EBS ticket backlog and continue to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. The EBS production support contractors must now address the EBS ticket backlog workload while continuing to meet SLA requirements. The required support includes standard software development lifecycle best practices for EBS within the scope of the Task Orders.
