Description
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) has been tasked to solicit for and award a procurement in which a Contractor administers course on Fatherhood. The Contractor shall provide all key personnel required to render the specific tasks in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications of this contract.
Description/Scope of Work:
The Contractor shall deliver a Fatherhood Program Course. One course (1) will consist of 12 sessions. Each course will provide fathers on probation or supervised release (participants) with preparation for paid apprenticeship or job placement as well as positive parenting skills.
Course:
The Contractor shall deliver a repeatable, 12-session fatherhood program course that draws from evidence-based curricula to teach participants positive parenting skills, financial literacy, job search and skills preparation content.
Qualifications and Certifications:
The Contractor shall designate an instructor(s) who possesses -
- the credentials, certification, or proof of training to instruct the Contractor’s course,
and
- at least two (2) years of experience instructing the Contractor’s chosen evidence-based course.
Equipment and Supplies:
The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, supplies, tools, materials or books, and other items as well as non-personal services necessary to administer an evidence-based course.
