Page 1 of 2 THE FOLLOWING IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NOTICE. THIS POSTED NOTICE IS NOT A PRE-SOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION DOCUMENT. AT THIS TIME, THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT CURRENTLY SOLICITING BIDS, QUOTES, OR PROPOSALS. However, it reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Coatesville Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center (VAMC), Coatesville, Pennsylvania, has requirement for: Building 72 Chapel Audio/Visual/Closed Circuit broadcast Equipment and Installation Scope of Work: The Coatesville VAMC has a need to replace the existing and failing audio and visual equipment the Chaplaincy uses to provide spiritual support to Veterans through in person services and closed circuit tv. The Vendor shall coordinate with the Chaplaincy, Biomed and point of contact team to provide and install updated audio and visual equipment that is compatible with our current cabling. The equipment must be able to be converted to audio and video through fiber network. The fiber is then converted to ethernet CAT 5 that turns into an RCA connection on a COMCAST distribution box. All audio and video signals that leave the Chapel must be able to be broadcast through this infrastructure in its current state to provide clear images and sound for veterans. There will be no remote computer access to the replacement equipment or access to the VA network. The system upgrade will encompass replacing existing sound equipment, add video projection, replace existing pan, tilt, zoom cameras with high-definition cameras and switching equipment. The equipment must be brand new or equal and meets the requirements listed in this document. The upgrade must include: Visual: Widescreen ultra-extended graphics array (WUXGA) laser projector and mount. Wireless screen sharing device with ability to share video up to and including 4K resolution while not on the network. Accessories, components, Distribution equipment as needed for High Definition equipment 4K digital Video Extender from Rack to Projector Control: Wall mounted room controller with program and volume control Audio: 4 rechargeable wireless microphones with charging dock. (2 hand held, and 2 lapel mics with headset option) 1 Wired mic for the altar location which can be muted locally. Ability for equipment to use house speakers. Ability for room tuning including Speaker Arrays. Complete FM hearing assist system with 4 receivers including all cables and components New Audio and DSP speaker arrays Rack: New mobile rack with locking doors and must include all accessories to complete installation for fully functioning system. Mobile Rack must include locking castors. Streaming System: 30X zoom pan tilt zoom streaming camera must include mounts and converters. Compatible pan tilt zoom joystick controller and stream box control unit Compatible small form factor 4K live streaming box Confidence Monitor Installation: Onsite installation Labor, design, Administration, logistics and equipment rental/return and training is the responsibility of the Vendor and must be included in this project. All equipment purchased for this system must include at least a 1 year warranty for labor and parts if they fail or malfunction while being used within manufacturer guidelines. All equipment must be compatible with current Chapel infrastructure and with each other. The system must provide a fully functioning high definition audio and video upgrade solution.
