PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
Solicitation No. 19GE5022R0081
The Regional Procurement Support Office at the US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Construction Services (Range Repairs) in Chisnau, Moldova
The solicitation may result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract in the 3rd quarter of calendar year 2022.
The Solicitation is planned to be issued in June 2022 and the solicitation package will be posted on SAM.gov with solicitation number 19GE5022R0081
The successful contractor shall provide complete engineering and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.
Work includes the following:
Electrical repairs/instllation
Earth leveling/compacting
The magnitude of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 for the entire project. Companies interested in the solicitation should express their interest by written correspondence, no later than TBD at both of the following email addresses and MUST include the following information: Name of Firm Point of Contact Name Telephone Email Address of Point of Contact Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm DO NOT TELEPHONE. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English.
APPLICATION FOR SOLICITATION DOCUMENTATION CHECK LIST In applying for the solicitation material, you are acknowledging that your company is able to reach compliance with the following highlighted requirements included in the solicitation. COVID-19: You will be required to provide information that clearly shows you are able to perform work in the country of the Moldova and conduct business there considering any current COVID-19 related restrictions. A visit to the project site will be mandatory.
Any entry or work visa issues requirements must be clearly discussed with a plan to mitigate any risk clearly identified. In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), it will be necessary for your organization to possess authorization to operate and do business in the country in which this contract will be performed.
The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
