Army Contract Command - Redstone Arsenal, Technology Development Directorate – Aviation, located in Fort Eustis, Virginia, intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to Silvus Technologies, Inc. (Cage Code 30AQ0), located at 10990 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 1500, Los Angeles, CA 90024, for the procurement of two (2) StreamCaster 4400 4x4 MIMO radios, 20/16 Watts, 2200-2500MHz (20W) + 4400-4940MHz (16W), standard black chassis, w/ straight TNC connectors, w/ Multiposition Switch, part number SC44KGE-235467-SBST and associated licenses.  The period of performance of the purchase order will be twelve (12) months from the date of award. The anticipated award date is 12 May 2023.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.  All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source. A justification to not compete this acquisition has been properly executed and is included with this notice. The justification addresses the requirements of FAR 5.207(c)(15), reason for lack of competition.

The NAICS Code for this requirement is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing, and the associated size standard is 1250. The PSC is 1680, Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components.
