Description

Requirement of fuel and oil in support of Davis Monthan Air show 2023. Fuel and oil are to be supplied at two locations: Ryan Airfield (Tucson) and Davis Monthan flight line. In order to meet the fuel and oil requirement, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and the other items and services to provide a FAA regulation aircraft fuel services at Ryan Airfield (Tucson). Schedule dates of 24 -26 March 2023.

    1. 2086 gallons of 100LL all required equipment and labor to deliver and refuel.
    2. 925 gallons of Diesel and all required equipment and labor to deliver and refuel
    3. 236 quarts of aeroshell W120 oil delivered
    4. 18 quarts of aeroshell W100 oil delivered
    5. 32 quarts of Phillips X/C 25W60 oil delivered
    6. 3 quarts of 20W50 oil delivered
