Intent to Sole Source 375 HUD Parking, LLC

The Bureau of the Fiscal Services (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to 375 HUD Parking, LLC. for thirteen (13) secure parking spaces near the TIGTA - HQ location in New York, NY from 10/01/2023 – 9/30/2025 inclusive of a base year and one 12-month option year. The period of performance for the purchase order/contract is anticipated to be on 12-month base period from 10/01/2023 through 9/30/2024. TIGTA has a need for 13 secure parking spaces which must be located within two (2) blocks of the NYC TIGTA field office building at 201 Varick St., New York, NY. Securing parking within this proximity to the field office is necessary to ensure that Special Agents have the ability to promptly respond to assault, threat, or other emergency situations. The 375 HUD Parking LLC parking facility has been fulfilling TIGTA requirement for secure parking since 2013. According to current market research, the 375 HUD ParkingHoldings, LLC facility is still the only parking facility which meets all TIGTA requirements; proximity to TIGTA field office, non-valet parking, 24-hour access for self-parking, indoor secured parking area, no stacked parking, with secured access cards. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will not be accepted.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Fiscal Service will consider responses received no later than 07/11/2023. Responses shall be submitted electronically to  purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, SS-TGT-23-085 / Attn: Chad Gambrill. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows your company is capable of providing the requirement described in this notice. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no written response is received by the aforementioned deadline that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, and that is more advantageous to the Government, Fiscal Service will make award on a sole source basis to 375 HUD Parking, LLC. 

Qualified Contractors must provide the following:

Pleaseensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, andtelephone number, should the Government have questions regarding individual responses.
2.UEI Number.
3.Specific details of the product(s) that your company offers in regard to this notice.
4.Whether your content is available through a Government contract vehicle or Open Market.
5.A brief capabilities statement (not to exceed 5 pages) that includes a description of yourcompany's standard line of business, as well as a list of customers to whom your companycurrently provides the specific required content.
