Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Metal Bulletin Holdings LLC

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Metal Bulletin Holdings LLC., 707 Grant St STE 1340, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, UEI: ZL57F24XHM41; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

This requirement is to purchase a one year subscription to American Metal Market and Metal Bulletin data provided as a combined resource through Fastmarkets.com. Please see the attached Justification and Approval for additional details. Period of performance for this requirement is 9/30/2022 through 10/1/2023. 

This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within seven days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
