Description

The 139th Airlift Wing is conducting preliminary Market Research to determine an available pool of Small Business vendors who are able to provide Local Telecommunication Services to the 139th Airlift Wing, Missouri Air National Guard in St. Joseph, Missouri. Potential dates of required Telecommunication Services are 1 March 2022 - 28 February 2023.
Requirements:
Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year (24/7/365). TS shall include, at a minimum but not limited to: SIP Trunking with Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface's (PRI's) handoff (Government telephone switch doesn’t have SIP capabilities); local exchange trunks; transport channels; point-to-point circuits; Commercial Subscriber Lines (CSLs) and features; Direct Inward Dial directory numbers (DIDs) and number portability; local and Intra-Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) access; and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code used for industry classification is 517311 "Wired Telecommunications Carriers." This industry comprises establishments primarily engaging in operating and providing access to transmission facilities and infrastructure that are owned and/or leased for the transmission of voice, data, text, sound, and video using wired telecommunications networks.
All information from interested parties that is received in response to this Sources Sought notice will be collected and saved until which time this potential requirement becomes defined and fully funded. A solicitation MAY be issued at that time. This Sources Sought Notice is being posted for Market Research purposed only to identify Small Business vendors who are able to provide the services listed above.
