This procurement is set aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C 8127. This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation in the following order: 1. SDVOSB 2. VOSB 3. Small Businesses.
DB Upgrade and Repair Various Site Conditions
West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, associated equipment, and design build services necessary to upgrade and repair various deficiencies within the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center (WPB VAMC). Work includes replacement of deteriorated loading dock equipment and gates; pressure jetting of Building 19 storm drain; upgrade of Building 3 gazebos and upgrade of Building 1 exterior lighting sconces (propose 72, 54 exterior and 16 additional sconces in the vestibules, with 2 extra to make 72 total). Existing fixture manufacturer and model is provided in attachment to this solicitation.
There are no as-builts for this project.
PURPOSE: The objective of this project is to upgrade and repair various deficiencies at the WPB VAMC Campus.
