Janitorial Services for Lab in Logan Utah

The United States Forest Service, Sciences Laboratory in Logan Utah located at 860 N 1200 E, Logan Utah 84321 is in need of Janitorial Services three (3) times per week begining on 09/01/2023. This will be a one(1) year firm fixed price contract with four (4) option years.  The successful offeror shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, employee training and insurance in accordance with the attached statement of work.  Potential contractors should note that Carpet cleaning, floor stripping and buffing are required.  Any/all work will be completed after regular business hours as stated in the attached Stament of Work.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throu Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business.  NAICS code 561720 and the small business size standard is 22,500,000.

Site Visit: A site visit will be conducted on March 9th 2023 at 10:00 a.m. please notify Ms. Ware via email at Sheryl.ware@usda.gov by 12:00 pm MST on March 8, 2023  should you wish to attend.
