Description
General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for the continuation of janitorial and related services at JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street and United States Postal Service-Loop Station (LPO), 211 S. Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois. Furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished, except to the extent any of the supplies may be furnished directly by the Government under the Contract, and otherwise accomplish all actions necessary to or incident to, perform and provide the work efforts described in the Contract. The building(s) shall be fully staffed, beginning the first day of work under the Contract and
throughout the entirety of the Contract, unless authorized by the Contracting Officer (CO) or their designee.

Amendment 0001 hereby establishes the following changes:
1. Pre-Proposal Conference Notice/Attendance forms are due by September 13, 2022 at 3:00 PM Central Time.
2. Question regarding this RFP will be accepted no later than September 26, 2022 at 3:00 PM Central Time.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
