Description

AMENDMENT 0007:  The purpose of this announcement is to post Amendment 0007 to the SIR.  Amendment 0007 is being issued to extend the proposal due date. Answers to vendor questions will be provided via a future amendment. The proposal due date is extended to November 30, 2022 at 1700 EST.

AMENDMENT 0006: The purpose of this announcement is to post Amendment 0006 to the SIR.  Amendment 0006 is being issued to extend the proposal due date. Answers to vendor questions will be provided via a future amendment. The proposal due date is extended to October 27, 2022 at 1700 EST.

AMENDMENT 0005: The purpose of this announcement is to post Amendment 0005 to the SIR.  Amendment 0005 is being issued to extend the proposal due date. Answers to vendor questions will be provided via a future amendment. The proposal due date is extended to September 29, 2022 at 1700 EST.

AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of this announcement is to post Amendment 0004 to the SIR.  Amendment 0004 is being issued to extend the proposal due date. Answers to vendor questions will be provided via a future amendment. The proposal due date is extended to September 8, 2022 at 1700 EST.

AMENDMENT 0003: Amendment 0003 is being issued to provide answers to vendor questions, extend the proposal due date, and revise the SIR as a result of vendor questions. The proposal due date is extended to August 15, 2022 at 1700 ET.  See attachments for additional information.  As noted in paragraph L.2.3 of the revised SIR, offerors may submit follow up questions as a result of Amendment 0003, as listed in Section L.2.2 no later than July 6, 2022 at 1700 Eastern Time. Please note that for follow-up questions in response to Amendment 0003, the FAA reserves the right to respond to some, none or all of the questions.

Please note: Offerors must use the most current version of Attachment L-1, PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SURVEY attached to SIR Amendment 3.  The previous version is obsolete and unacceptable. If an Offeror already submitted their past performance using the previous version, Offerors must resubmit their Past Performance examples using the current format.

ANNOUNCEMENT:  The Government will be posting an Amendment to provide answers to 450+  vendor questions prior to 6/30/2022. This Amendment will also incorporate changes to the SIR requirements. The proposal due date will be extended via the next amendment to allow vendors sufficient time to review the changes and complete their proposals.  As part of this Amendment, the Government will be allowing follow up questions.  Proposals will NOT be due on June 30, 2022. 

AMENDMENT 0002:  The purpose of this announcement is to post Amendment 0002 to the SIR.  Amendment 0002 is being issued to extend the proposal due date. Answers to vendor questions will be provided via a future amendment. The proposal due date is extended to June 30, 2022 at 1700 EST.

The Government has no timeline to provide at this time for when answers to vendor questions will be available.  Please note that in accordance with SIR paragraph L.2.3 QUESTION AND ANSWERS (Q&A), the FAA will ensure that Offerors have at least 20 days from the date on which the answers/ amendments are posted until proposals are due. If necessary, the amendment posted with the answers will delay the proposal due date. Please continue to monitor sam.gov for any updates to this procurement. 

AMENDMENT 0001:  The purpose of this announcment is to post Amendment 0001 to the SIR.  Amendment 0001 is being issued to extend the proposal due date. Answers to vendor questions will be provided via a future amendment. The proposal due date is extended to May 25, 2022 at 1700 EST.

The purpose of this announcement is to post the Screening Information Request for the Information Technology Innovative Procurement for Strategic Sourcing Procurement.   This procurement is in support of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Office of Finance and Management (AFN), Information and Technology Services (AIT), Contract Strategy and Support Division (ASP-400). 

ITIPSS is a new multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle for the acquisition of Information Technology (IT) services and solutions for all FAA/AIT, non-National Airspace System IT mission support. The scope calls for a wide-range of expertise in multi-disciplinary IT-related service solutions to support AIT in meeting its goals to evolve ongoing programs and implement innovative solutions in support of the FAA’s overall strategic initiatives, including support for future application and technology modernization efforts that are adopted by the Government to improve enterprise-wide business systems. AIT will utilize ITIPSS to streamline the contract process by competing and awarding Task Orders over the anticipated 10-year period of performance. See SIR attached below for further details.  

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services and the size standard is $30M.    

Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM EST on April 29, 2022.  Please see attached SIR for proposal submission requirements.   Questions are to be submitted, in writing only, as specified in the SIR.  Questions will be answered in an Amendment to the SIR if deemed necessary and posted to SAM.Gov for all interested parties to consider.   Prospective Offers are encouraged to frequently visit SAM.gov for any updates to this requirement.
