NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Trimble Survey Equipment and Extended Warranties
The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin, Yuma Area Office (YAO), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a non-competitive basis, to Allterra Central Inc., 5414 S 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040. YAO has a requirement to procure Trimble Survey Extended Warranties for existing equipment.
The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authorities of FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1(c). Trimble Survey Extended Warranties for existing equipment can only be procured by Trimble or an authorized distributor for Trimble. Allterra Central, Inc. is the only authorized distributor for Trimble products within the State of Arizona.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) identified for this action is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees.
This is being advertised as a noncompetitive Sole Source Solicitation. Any responsible source may submit a quotation; however, source must provide evidence as an authorized dealer of Trimble products and/or services for the state of Arizona. Quotations will only be accepted in writing via email to adcraig@usbr.gov. Quotations shall clearly state the solicitation number (140R3024Q0114) and subject. No telephone questions will be accepted.
