Description
The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a professional vendor to provide lodging and conference room rental for a four-day event in Queretaro City, Mexico for 52 attendees from August 26 to August 30, 2024, including lodging days.
The selected vendor will be fully responsible for performing all the necessary work including, but not limited to lodging service, conference room rental, AV equipment, and provide meals, all these services as described in the RFQ document.
All vendors that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal:
- Adequate financial resources or the ability to obtain them.
- Ability to comply with the required performance period, taking into consideration all existing commercial and governmental business commitments.
- Satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics.
- Necessary organization, experience, and skills or the ability to obtain them.
- Necessary equipment and facilities or the ability to obtain them; and
- Be otherwise qualified and eligible to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations.
- The offeror shall provide proof of SAM registration (active) and include the SAM UEI number.
- The offeror shall provide:
- Hotel brochure
- Floor plans
- Menu for: breakfast, dinner, working lunch, and coffee break.
All contractors are to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
