The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Gardening Services for the U.S. Embassy Berlin. This solicitation may result in issuance of a firm fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract.


Use of the specifications for purposes other than submitting a proposal under this solicitation is prohibited. All discussions pertaining to these services will be in the English language. If you intend to submit a proposal, you should thoroughly examine all documents contained in the solicitation package.


Questions shall be submitted as soon as possible but not later than June 23, 2023, by 1500 hours Central European Summer Time (CEST). Any questions you may have concerning the solicitation document should be submitted in writing via email to Patticha Gruenbeck: GruenbeckP@state.gov and copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov so that a response can be provided prior to the solicitation closing date.


The proposal shall be submitted as a pdf document emailed to GruenbeckP@state.gov and copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov as soon as possible but not later than July 31, 2023 by 1500 hours Central European Summer Time (CEST). The email subject line must read “Proposal 19GE5022R0068”. The email size shall not exceed 45MB.

The Government will conduct an organized Site Visit of the three project sites on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 1300 hours Central European Summer Time (CEST). The meeting point is at at Curtiustrasse 64, Berlin, Germany. Registration for the site visit is
required. All costs associated with participating in the site visit shall be borne solely by the offeror.

Registration for Site Visit: Companies are therefore required to submit the attendee names together with a scan of a photo ID e.g.
passport, national identification card, or driving licenses of their company's representatives and attendee’s cell phone number to Mr.
Silke Schoen, email: SchoenS@state.gov, and copy to Ms. Patticha Gruenbeck, email: GruenbeckP@state.gov, no later than 1200
hours Central European Summer Time (CEST) on Thursday, July 13, 2023.


Attendees are requested to carry their photo ID along with them for validation. Without photo ID, attendees will not be allowed to
participate in the site visit. Attendance is limited to three (3) per company.
