Invitation for Bid (IFB) for project, MI NP MULTI PMS(1), Pavement Preservation Michigan. The IFB, Plans, Physical Data, and the Construction Contract Administration Document per FAR 36.211 are posted under attachments.

LOCATION:  This project is located approximately 5 miles E of Munising, MI and 30 miles W of Traverse City, MI, respectively at 2 National Park Sites (Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore) in Benzie, Leelanau and Alger Counties.

WORK: This work consists of: patching, crack sealing, and resurfacing of asphalt surfaces throughout 2 National Park sites.

ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $5 million  and $7 million. 

There is a Base schedule plus 3 Options.
