Description
Purpose: The Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 is conducting a Market Survey on behalf of the Joint Program Manager Office Towed Artillery Systems (PM-TAS) to identify potential sources for the development and the delivery of hardware and software of the BIOS and Signing Station software suite for the Fire Control Computer II (FCCII) PN 13076627. Contractor shall also be able to procure and deliver FCCII computers.
Description: This Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of PM-TAS or ACC-NJ. The contractor shall deliver two sets of signing station equipment. Each set includes two (2) computers loaded configured with the Signing Station Software Suite, two (2) Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and twenty (20) Keycards. The Contractor shall develop and deliver the configuration build environment which includes Extended Key Exchange Key Functionality and Windows SSD Reset Utility capabilities. Build Instructions and User’s Guide shall also be provided. The contractor shall also be able to procure and deliver a minimum of Quantity of 106 each FCCII computers IAW PN 13076627 and Performance Spec 1310XXXX dated 31 October 2022.
All interested vendors are requested to provide:
1. Statement of capability describing the vendor’s capability to provide the items.
2. Rough Order Magnitude Cost to provide supplies inclusive of First Article Test (FAT) units.
3. Rough Order Magnitude Schedule to provide supplies inclusive First Article Test (FAT) units.
Submissions of designs that are not fully compliant with all requirements are also encouraged so that PM-TAS may assess the capabilities of all currently available sources. The Government recognizes that proprietary and/or classified data may be a part of this effort. If so, clearly mark such restricted/proprietary and classified data and present them as an addendum to the nonrestricted/non-proprietary and unclassified information. Participation in this Sources Sought is completely voluntary by the vendor and as such all costs to develop the vendor’s response are to be borne by the participating vendor.
