Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health services in Las Vegas, NV. The services provided should be within a seven mile radius of Las Vegas City Hall, 495 S. Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101 and 0.5 mile from an RTC Las Vegas, Nevada bus stop. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period expected to begin on April 1 2022 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on March 31, 2027 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors.
Base Year:
Sex Offender Treatment Services: 13 Inmates
Transportation: 96 trips (1 trip = 1 unit) for 11 inmates = 1056 Units
Sex Offender Specific Intake Assessment & Report: (one per authorize inmate) for 11 inmates = 11 intakes.
Sex Offender Intake Assessments (One per inmate) for 11 inmates = 11 assessments
Sex Offender Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) (48 units per inmate): 48 units (30 minutes = 1 unit) x 13 (per inmate) = 624 units
Sex Offender Group Counseling: 72 units (30 minutes = 1 unit) x 13 (per inmate) = 936 units
Sex Offender Family Counseling: 24units (30 minutes = 1 unit) x 13 (per inmate) = 312 units

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services most recent Statement of Work dated October 2020. The request for quote will be available on or after January 3, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration https://beta.sam.gov/ website. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The estimated closing date will be on or around January 24, 2022.
Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
