Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-24-Q-0002 as an RFQ

2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).

3) CLIN 0001 - Yellow Ribbon Support Services - 1 Job

4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that includes lodging, meeting rooms, meals, and childcare for the event.

4b) The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal on Saturday 02 December 2023 (350 Personnel) and Sunday 03 December 2023 (350 Personnel) for a total of two (2) meals. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 350 (45 kids) servings per meal on Saturday and 350 (45 Kids) servings on Sunday at or below the per diem rate for meals.  Self-serve beverage stations are preferred at each meal.

4c) The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies to supervise and care for 15 children ages 0-5. 

4d) The contractor shall provide for Friday and Saturday nights, 45 Rooms (30 Singles, 15 Doubles) and for Saturday, an additional 155 rooms (140 Singles, 13 Doubles, and 2 Doubles with extra sleeping area or conjoining doubles). Price conjoining rooms appropriately.

5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 (attached) must be reviewed and checked. 

6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. 

7) Quotes are due at 4 PM local (eastern) time on 7 November 2023. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil.
