UPDATE - 2022-JUL-06: The following text is added: Please be advised that requesting access to secure documents is not automatic and is dependent upon a review of your firm's request by Government personnel. When submitting requests for access, please ensure that your request includes your firm's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code (at a minimum) and that you are allowing 24-48 hours for the normal workflow to be processed.
The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete Site Improvements for the 163d Attack Wing's Formal Training Unit (FTU). The project constructs approximately 1.5 acres of site improvements at Building 2267 for the 163d Attack Wing located at March ARB CA. Work includes concrete paving, curb & gutter, ac paving & striping, landscape & irrigation, CMU walls and gate, sewer, and lighting.
The Government anticipates a brand name requirement for exterior parking lot illumination to match existing lighting fixtures and mounts throughout the remainder of the parking lot. This requirement will be to achieve continuity of footcandle lighting, appearance, and consistency of maintenance (parts and labor). A separate Justification & Approval document will be posted with specifics along with the formal socilitation at a later date.
Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00
Construction/contract completion time is 180 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237990. The small business size standard is $39,500,000.00.
This action is being procured as a HUBZONE SET-ASIDE.

The solicitation and associated information and teh plans and specifications will be available only from the Federal Business Opportunities website on-line at www.sam.gov. Bidders cannot log into the SAM home page and search for data. There will be a formal public bid opening at a date to be determined.
