PRESOLICITATION NOTICE RFQ # 36C77622Q0180 Phoenix Package 147 Disposable Curtains February 23, 2022 The Phoenix Veteran Affairs Health Care System in Phoenix, AZ needs a contract for the procurement of Disposable Curtains (brand name or equal) as part of the initial outfitting of the Phoenix VA Clinic - 32nd Street Project. This notice serves as the synopsis of the proposed contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204, FAR 5.201, and FAR Subpart 13.5. The solicitation will be issued as a brand name or equal Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) vs unrestricted. The formal request for quotes (RFQ) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on/about Wednesday February 23, 2022 and quotes will be due on Wednesday March 2, 2022 at 10:00 AM (Eastern). To submit a quote in response to this notice, please follow the directions in the RFQ that can be found through Contract Opportunities at the RFQ number identified above.
