This RFP Amendment 0007 issued 21 November 2024, is to incorporate ERRATA 5, update attachments J-3, J-4, J-8, and release responses to the fifth round of bidders questions. Offerors shall email the POCs in the original solicitation posting for the updated J-3, J-4 attachments and ERRATA 5.

This RFP Amendment 0003 issued 31 October 2024, is to release Government responses to Bidders Questions.

This RFP Amendment 0002 issued 23 October 2024, is to release Government responses to Bidders Questions and update J-Attachment J-3. Offerors shall email the POCs in the original solicitation posting for the updated J-3 attachment.

This PIEE Solicitation Amendment issued 15 October 2024 is to include US Government responses to the first round of bidder's questions.

Amendment 0001 is issued effective 09 October 2024 to incorporate ERRATA 2 and update select J-Attachments J-1, J-3, J-4, J-8 and J-9. For updated J-1, J-3, J-4, and J-9 attachments, please email the POCs listed in the original solicitation posting.

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-25-R-4422 for the execution of the FY25 USS HARPERS FERRY (LSD 49) SRA. This availability includes a combination of maintenance, modernization, and repair, and will require a highly capable contractor with substantial facilities, to include capable pier (for the applicable ship class) as well as human resources capable of completing, coordinating, and integrating multiple areas of ship maintenance, repair and modernization. This availability is solicited on a coast-wide basis on the West Coast under a single solicitation, and a single contract to complete this availability is expected to be awarded to one contractor.

This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested offerors should monitor the PIEE/SAM.gov page for any applicable solicitation amendments, thereafter. This posting does not include all relevant J-attachments. Potential offerors will need to request access to Attachment J-1 (TPPC-LSD49-SWRMC25-CN01) inclusive of ERRATA #1, Attachment J-3 (Execution Milestones and Key Event Dates), Attachment J-4 (Pricing Workbook), Attachment J-9 (Compartment Closeout), and Attachment S-5 (Enclosure 1) by providing a written request to the Contract Specialist, James Thomas, at james.c.thomas118.civ@us.navy.mil and the Contracting Officer, Brian Han, at brian.s.han3.civ@us.navy.mil. Include your company SAM UEI number with the request so that contractor status can be confirmed in the System for Award Management. These attachments will be transmitted via DoD SAFE. To receive access to Attachment J-2 (Work Item Plans, Drawings and Other References), provide a written request to Jacqueline Black at jacqueline.r.black.civ@us.navy.mil, with a copy to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer listed above. Include your company SAM UEI number with the request so that contractor status can be confirmed in the System for Award Management. In addition, there are references that contain limiting distribution statements and will not be disseminated from the Contract Specialist.
