General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: TN

City: Jackson

Delineated Area:

Northern Boundary- Ashport Road

Southern Boundary- I-40

Eastern Boundary- Hwy 45 bypass (Kiethshort Bypass)

Western Boundary- Windy City Road/Old Bells Road Extending to I-40

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,481

Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor.

Parking:

The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Parking shall be within ½ mile of offered space.

Offered space must offer wareyard space of a minimum of 2,950 sqft.

Offered space must offer 550 aboa sqft of warehouse space.

Offered space must offer 1,000 aboa sqft of unfinished storage space.

The offeror must consider 20,000 sqft of graveled, fenced wareyard space at no cost, and offer 3,000 sqft of free space in the offered leased space.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
