Scope of Work:

Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) is contemplating a procurement for KNIT CUFFs for the production of a chemical protective sock. The sock is referred to as the Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology (JSLIST) Integrated Footwear System (IFS). The requirement is expected to be in accordance with (IAW) Purchase Description titled, "JPMP-PD-IFS-01.pdf" dated 24 July 2018 and IAW MIL-SPEC 3735E, Type IV, Class 1 and Class 2, dated 25 October 2022. Delivery location is FOB Destination Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

1. Does your company have the capability to produce KNIT CUFFs in sizes both Large .625 and Small .375 in black color?

2. What does your company specialize in?

3. Is your company a large or small business?

4. Please provide cage code, socioeconomic status, place of manufacture, production capability.

5. Are these materials sold in the commercial marketplace?

6. What is the lead time for a First Article Test (FAT) of 50 cuffs each?

7. What is the lead time for a projected combined sizes LG & SM quantity of 2,000 after FAT approval?

8. What is the expected unit cost for the following production quantities:

a. 500-1000

b. 1001-2000

c. 2001-5000

9. Would it be beneficial for your company to have a multi-year contract or single purchase order? Or would either contract type deter your company from submitting a quote?
