03/01/2023. Amendment 1 is published. Extends the proposal due date to NLT March 24, 2023, by 12pm (1200) PST.

Current weather conditions at the project site may limit or prevent prospective bidders from visiting the site. The due date extension is intended to allow time for weather conditions to improve to the extent that bidders may access the site for self-guided visits.

Prospective bidders must ensure this amendment is acknowledged as part of the proposal submission per the instructions in Block 11.
