Description
The mission partner requires all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the installation of a new access control system (ACS) and upgrade of the current ACS software, database conversion, site control units, and infrastructure, as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
AMENDMENT 0001:
As of 21 May 24 (JST), the RFQ has been amended to add a term to Section E, Inspection and acceptance.
AMENDMENT 0002:
As of 21 May 24 (JST), the RFQ has been amended to update the POC’s for the site visit in Section L, Instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors or respondents.

AMENDMENT 0003:
As of 7 May 24 (JST), the RFQ has been amended to update the quote submission due date from 10 Jun 24, 0900 (JST) to 17 Jun 24, 0730 (JST).
AMENDMENT 0004:
As of 15 Jun 25 (JST), the RFQ has been amended to update the quote submission due date from 17Jun 24, 0730(JST) to 20 Jun 24, 0830 (JST) to accomodate the provision of responses to questions subnmitted by the question submission due date.
The question submission date has passed. Questions after the due date may not receive a response if the contracting officer determines response time will further delay the acquisiton process.
Vendors please ensure to recieve a reciept confirmation from the contract adminstrator or officer when submitting quotes.
