Description: VA seeks to lease between 330 - 350 parking spaces for a term not to exceed 5 years for use by the Cincinnati VAMC in the delineated area explained below within the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Requested Hours of operation are Monday Friday 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM excluding Federal Holidays. The NAICs code 812930, Parking lots and Garages, and the small business size standard is [$41.5 million]
Lease Term: Not to Exceed 5 years
Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the following area described below which is bound by the following roads, or must front any of the following boundary lines:
North: Forest Ave
South: Martin Luther King Dr E, Martin Luther King Dr W
East: Burnett Ave
West: Vine St
Additional Requirements:
Offered parking spaces SHALL be within a one-mile radius of the Cincinnati VA Medical Center located at 3200 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45220.
All parking spaces shall be monitored or in a parking lot to prevent security issues.
Hours of operations are 5:30 AM 9:00 PM Monday thru Friday, excluding Federal Holidays
The parking area can be paved and striped or runner crush stone. Either type must be well lighted and maintained in good clean condition as determined by the LCO. Snow plowing and de-icing shall be performed so that snow/ice will not interfere with entering/egress of people and vehicles. If a parking lot is offered the lessor shall make monthly inspections of lot condition and repair as needed.
The lessor shall be responsible for the total administration and operations of the parking spaces.
Only existing parking lots SHALL be considered.

Location on map demonstrating the parking lies within the delineated area
Number of Spaces available
If the location is a parking lot or parking garage
If you are qualified as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under NAICs code 812930 Parking lots and Garages with a small business size standard of $41.5 million, please read the below paragraph.
