Medical and Dental Case Management Services

Period of Performance is projected to be:  1 Jan 2023 - 31 Dec 2028 Base plus four one year option periods, Firm fixed priced (FFP)

The office of the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG), MEDCOM, has a requirement for Medical and Dental Case Management Support Services.  The purpose of this requirement is for contractor support to the NYARNG Individual Medical Readiness (IMR).  This requirement is designed to be flexible, responsive, and meet the ever-evolving needs of the NYARNG. 

The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York.

This requirement is set aside for 8a program participants only and will be on a competitive basis.  Principle NAICS is 541611 and size standard is $16.5 million. The New York Army This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Medical Readiness Events (MRE) predominately occurs at Camp Smith, NY.

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.

This solicitation will be issued electronically on Contracting Opportunities, website www.sam.gov, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the https://www.sam.gov.    CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
