The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.

Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged.

An organized site visit has been set for 11 MAY 2023 at 9:30 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver’s license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to
reimburse an offeror for any costs.

***Award of the base CLIN and Add Alternate CLIN shall be made on an all, some, or none basis, determined by the amount of available funding at the time of award. Period of Performance will be based on which CLIN(s) are awarded.
