Description

The Government is conducting Market Research and requesting capabilities statements from vendors who are able to support the following requirements. If you are able to support, please submit your capabilities statements to the email listed. 

1. The vendor shall provide personnel who are able to fluently speak and translate English and Somali, French with a preference for personnel who also speak AFAR and/or Arabic.

2. The contractor shall have a strong working knowledge of the local religious, cultural, official Djiboutian holidays, and recognition days of significance.

3. The contractor shall possess a strong cultural and social foundation of knowledge with both formal and informal connections to most Government ministries.

4. The contractor shall possess strong ties to both local (Djiboutian) and international business communities. 

5. The contractor shall be able to safely drive in the country of Djibouti.

6. The contractor shall be able to gain access to base via security and background screening.

7. The contractor shall possess basic office skills, i.e. telephone, computer, and administrative skills.
