Description

Respirator, Powered Air Purifying- Brand Name or Equal

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation (SF 1449) will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR and the Health and Human Services Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR). This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and the resulting purchase order will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
