Evaluations shall be conducted only by licensed psychologists and psychiatrists So, are you asking just for my doctor to do a clinical interview and no testing?  At this time we have our own battery of testing that we perform with candidates that we see. Yes, a clinical interview, screening and or assessment is requested. The screening/assessments tools listed in the performance work statement (PWS) or equivalent can be used. I m a board certified mental health nurse practitioner. With over 2 years experience, SDVOB cert, and minority veteran. In the description you asked for PsyD or Psychologist. Would I qualify as a mental health nurse practitioner. Only licensed psychologist and psychiatrist.
