Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, devices, and materials, and perform all work required to perform renovation as provided for in the attached Statement of Work.
This acquisition includes but is not limited to these principal features:
- Bathroom renovation
- Garage renovation
- Door replacement
- Interior painting
- Tile flooring replacement
- Carpet replacement
Work will be performed in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work, dated 29 Mar 2022, and Attachment 2 – Quad Chart, dated 29 Mar 2022.
This acquisition will be solicited restricted to Small Business.
The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted online at the SAM.gov website http://www.sam.gov under the reference number FA445222R0013 on or about 29 Apr 2022. Bids will be due approximately 30 days later. A site visit will be conducted by request.
The RFQ documents will only be available electronically. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the RFQ documents and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and any additional information.
Award will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract resulting from a competitive RFQ. Competing offeror’s bids shall be ranked according to price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror, whose proposal is responsive to the terms of the RFQ.
Interested vendors may register their contact information at the SAM.gov website under this notice. The list will be available online and is to facilitate subcontracting and teaming opportunities.
NOTE: In order to receive a contract award, if issued, the successful offeror must be actively registered in and have their Online Representations and Certifications completed in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) - www.SAM.gov. Offerors must also be actively registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) - https://piee.eb.mil.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
