Description

This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code 562910 is and the Small Business Size Standard is $25 million. 

This project consists of dismantling/deconstruction and disposal of a railway caboose car and removal from the Lake Owen Trailhead site and off National Forest lands. The contractor shall provide everything--including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision--necessary to completely remove the railroad caboose.

A site visit is planned for June 20, 2024. Please see page 21 of the RFQ for details.
