Amendment A0001 is provided to publish questions received and the answers to those questions. The amendment also updates quote submission requirements for the Sales Package and Past Performance.  Quoters must thoroughly read this version to ensure submission of  ALL information requested in Amendment A0001.  Quotes missing information that has been requested in this amended version may be rated unfavorably. Both a clean copy and a redline copy are attached. There are no changes to the due date.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being made under the procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5 and 12.6.

Solicitation number 2031JW24Q00056 is hereby issued as a request for quotations for event space, lodging, AV, food and beverage, and related services in support of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)’s All Staff Meeting.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02.  The relevant NAICS code for this acquisition is 531120 and the PSC is X1AB; this solicitation is released for full and open competition (no set-asides).

Responses to this solicitation are due no later than March 18, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern, by e-mail to BOTH casey.helman@occ.treas.gov and Romena.moy@occ.treas.gov.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due no later than March 11, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern, by e-mail to BOTH casey.helman@occ.treas.gov AND Romena.moy@occ.treas.gov.  Questions will be answered en masse by amendment to this solicitation; questions will NOT be answered on an individual basis as they come. In order to receive responses to questions, vendors shall cite the sections and page numbers of this RFQ that corresponds with their questions. Statements expressing opinions, sentiments, or conjectures are not considered valid inquiries for this purpose and will not receive a response from the OCC. Furthermore, vendors are reminded that the OCC will not address hypothetical questions aimed toward receiving a potential “evaluation decision” from the OCC.
