Description(s):

The 180th FW Contracting Office at Toledo ANGB, is issuing this Pre-Solicitation notice for Project No: WYTD182026 Title:  Construct Vehicle Service Rack.  The work includes construction of a Vehicle Service Rack configured as a double bay open floor plan of approximately 2,300 square feet, and used to wash military vehicle exteriors include snow removal equipment. This site will be fully accessible. Modify existing utilities, pavements, and landscaping as need to accommodate new facility.

The construction/contract duration is 270 calendar days after Notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction.

This project is solicited as Total Small Business set-aside.  All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The total contract duration is 270 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00.  Bids are required to be valid for 120 days after bid closing.

The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about 14 December 2021. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on-or about 22 December 2021.  Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for on-or about 18 January 2022. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 January 2022 and at the latest 28 February 2022. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range.  Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
